I'm a bread lover and also keen on learning how to bake and cook from the stretch.
I always have a dream is to become a bakery chef not because I love to eat but also I love to cook and bake. Whenever I past by a bakery shop, I would always stop down and take a look and eventually buy something from the shop.
I find the aroma smell of a bread/cake can really spell me up to the heaven especially when it bake hot out from the oven. To me baking and cooking is a kind of satisfaction and enjoyable process and I will be happier when people enjoying the food that I have made. It motivate me by improving and continue my skills on baking and cooking better.
